In the morning you choose which route you want to walk today. There is always a short and a long route so you can choose what suits you that day! We will have a nice breakfast, let this sit for a moment, pack our things, warm-up relaxed in the pure fresh mountain air and it is time to start trail running. We enjoy the most beautiful views and take a break here and there until we arrive at the next hut. Here you can freshen up, if you feel like you can do an extra round of training afterwards or you can choose to relax, read a book and enjoy the delicious food at the hut. Afterwards we do an instructed stretching session together to calm down our minds and do good to our muscles. In the evening, a delicious 3-course menu is ready for you so that you get enough calories for the next day. And then at 10pm it's 'Hüttenruhe' so sleep time!
