Because everyone is unique, we offer tailor-made training schedules . Nicky has developed a unique method with which you not only strengthen your body, but also gain a deeper insight into yourself. In addition to physical training, there are also mental coaching assignments on the program, because belief in yourself is the key to strength!
Our method is based on thematic weeks, including:
- Learning to understand your body: how does your body respond to different types of exercise?
- Exploring your mind: what inner obstacles do you encounter when the going gets tough?
- Discovering food that gives your body energy.
- Effective and structured training.
You follow this program individually and get access to the 'Get Fit for the Mountains 2.0' course, which includes all assignments. The first week is all about completing a questionnaire, doing a special 'heartbeat' workout and setting goals, so that Nicky can tailor the schedule perfectly to your background.
This program is suitable for people who:
- Have a heart rate watch or be willing to purchase one.
- Be motivated to exercise at least 3 times a week.
- Enjoy running or walking in combination with swimming or cycling.
- Understanding that taking action is the key to strength and growth.
Past experience has shown that motivation is a crucial factor for success! You will only get results if you actually perform the workouts. That's why I'm looking for people who can commit to exercising at least 3 times a week. In the beginning you can count on a time investment of 2-3 hours per week, but we will certainly expand this in consultation! Even if you already exercise more than 5 hours a week, this program is perfect for you, because the schedule is completely adapted to your starting level. Only then will you achieve the results that make us both happy!

People who want to go into the mountains fit so they can enjoy their next mountain adventure as much as possible!
This program is specifically for people who:
- Be prepared to exercise at least 3 times a week. In the starting period you should think of 2.5 hours per week, which we will expand specifically towards your next mountain adventure
- Being motivated!
- Want to train with a heart rate monitor (don't worry, this can just be a watch)
- Understanding that there is no quick fix to getting stronger
This program is not for people who:
- Only aim to lose weight
- Have never exercised before
