Beginner Trailrunning Tour Innsbruck with our Certified Guides Nicky & Stefan

Beginner Trailrunning Tour Innsbruck with our Certified Guides Nicky & Stefan

Would you like to explore the trails in the beautiful Alps but don't know where to start? Then this trip is perfect for you. Stefan & Nicky have mapped out the perfect beginner's route! Stunning trails, relatively few altitude meters, and breathtaking views!

Discover the most beautiful trail running routes in the surroundings of Innsbruck where Nicky & Stefan live and know the trails like the back of their hands. Every day you can choose between two difficulty levels. An normal variant and a more challenging one.

What can you expect?

We offer five different trails, three of which are full-day excursions and two that take only a half day.

Our workshops for novice trail runners cover topics such as pole usage, nutrition, navigation, and selecting suitable trails for you. We aim for you to feel confident after our sessions, with the ability to plan routes, navigate them, and have a good understanding of the safety aspects involved.

Where will you stay?

Imagine: three nights in a cozy hotel, complete with wellness facilities to pamper your muscles after a day full of adventure. And then the icing on the cake: on the last night, we won't sleep in a regular hotel bed, but in a cozy mountain hut. The luggage is magically transported to the hut, so you only have to worry about which view you want to admire the next day.

Day-to-day program

On day one, we gather in the afternoon and have an evening trail planned for you, so don't forget your headlamp! On days two and three, we take a lift up so we can start high in the mountains and spread our energy throughout the day. On day four, the journey begins with a breathtaking trail run to this mountain hut at the foot of the impressive Kalkkögel mountain formation. One of the most beautiful mountains in Innsbruck resembling the Dolomites. And why this hut? Because it's our favorite place for Kaiserschmarrn and Knödel in the entire Innsbruck region. On day five, we run back to the hotel. Once back in the valley, a refreshing shower awaits you at the hotel before everyone heads home.

So, if you want to dive into the world of trail running with all the tips and tricks from Nicky & Stefan so you can make a flying start on the trails! Prepare yourself for an unforgettable adventure where enjoyment is just as important as running. This is your chance to discover the mountains at your own pace, with the perfect mix of comfort and trail fun. Are you ready? Let the rookie adventure begin!
